The food is good I will be back

First time eating there, and it was worth every penny. One of the best crab meals I have had in a while. Would take this over Red Lobster any day of the week,and twice on Sunday. If you do not try it, you are missing out, will be a repeat customer without a doubt.

Carryout order took a long time but it was worth it. I had the snow crab legs. The butter garlic sauce is fantastic & the seasoning is perfect. The seafood rice is spicy but delicious. Will definitely return soon!

The food is worth the wait. For a soul version of seafood, this was good and I am a picky eater. The crab rice is a signature side and the fried shrimp was seasoned to perfection. I look forward to ordering again. I would recommend that the owner do the Taste of Winter Haven to broaden the clientele because more people need to know about Crab Craze.

The food is very tasty. Customer service is poor though. They didnt give me tools for eating crab until I asked and the housekeeping was poor.

If I could give this business more than 5 stars I would. Today was my first time trying crab craze. They were very busy so there was a bit of a wait time BUT OMG it is beyond worth the wait. Visiting from GA and have tried MANY MANY seafood restaurants through out Florida and i must say CRAB CRAZE IS THE ABSOLUTE #1 BEST HANDS DOWN!!! Friendly staff, great prices. I would highly recommend this establishment.

First time there. It DEFINITELY WON'T BE THE LAST. FOOD WAS FRESH AND GREAT TASTING. NEED ONE OF THESE IN EVERY STATE.

So delicious!! I ordered the blue crabs, shrimp, potato, corn and egg. Definitely will be ordering here again, it's worth the hour drive!!

Stopped here while driving through to Naples. We had to wait a little but it was worth the wait. Delicious crab cakes! Highly recommend!!

Great service, good size portions, relatively cheap for crab, the crab legs were amazing, soaked in butter and seasonings, the rice is great, beware the first bite is perfect but then it get spicier, the shrimp I'd say was average quality, but shrimp is shrimp. Good notes all round

I like this place... Sometimes the food can be a bit salty and I have to be a bit careful due to me having High blood pressure. However, I enjoy the fixings: the snow crab legs eggs, corn, sausage, and etc.My friend and I would meet up here to enjoy the items listed above. The atmosphere of the restaurant if comfortable and clean... and yes, I mean the bathrooms. That means a lot to me.I advise you to call in because the wait time can be astronomically long. However, do know that you will have to use a credit card of some sort when ordering over the phone; I'm assuming they have been 'burnt' and no longer allow the pay upon arrival luxury. I guess I can't blame them. The owner is very calm and pleasant, as well as her staff. I am very proud of this local business owner! Keep up the great work.

Absolutely love this place it will take you by surprise but it's not about the space which I might add always smells like fabuloso and it's absolutely clean it's all about the sea food it is delicious I love the butter I love the flavors yes and I will continue to drive from Orlando Florida to enjoy you should too

Here for 2 weeks on Business from Virginia and before my plane landed i was already googling places to get seafood and happened upon this place, so for the last 2 days I’ve eaten there and babyyyyyy I wish i could take the entire restaurant back to Virginia with me ! The food can’t be touched, the wait was normal for a real seafood place 25-30 if it isn’t called in, and the atmosphere was very homey and family like ! The young lady at the front is very respectful and personable ! Overall this experience is one i will share with my friends once I’m home in another week ! I wish you guys much success and Gods blessings !

Crab Craze. Has the best seafood in the county, by far! Not only that, but when it comes to there customer service. Your always meet with a friendly smile, prompt service, and of course delicious seafood.

This place is Amazing! Not a lot of tables. Better to call ahead. It takes about 30 mins to get your food. Because they don’t cook the food till ordered. And the portions are huge. The prices are reasonable

Best crab legs I've had since moving to Florida !

My First time visiting was today, it was fresh, cooked to order, and plain ol' VERY GOOD! Clean, you can't smell the Seafood, and the price and food portions were great. Money well spent. The only thing was they were out of sausages which was okay (it was late) however, I asked if they could substitute that for eggs. The young lady said yes but when I got home it was EXTRA, I mean extra potatoes. But the deliciousness of the food made up for it although I love eggs.
